We are looking for a driven and passionate Business Development Executive to help strengthen our foodservice presence across the Professional sector. In this field-based role, you'll support our Business Account Managers with both customer-facing activity and essential crossâfunctional administration, working closely with wholesalers, buying groups, and internal teams to meet customer needs. You'll also help to identify new opportunities, support endâuser relationships, and contribute to delivering sustainable sales growth through effective presentations, product demonstrations, and reliable reporting.

What You Bring:
- Experience in sales, ideally within FMCG, with confidence working independently whether from home or inâfield.
- Strong communication and relationshipâbuilding skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
- A commercially aware, proactive, and resultsâdriven mindset, with the confidence to identify opportunities and support growth initiatives.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and reporting capability, with strong IT literacy (particularly with Excel and PowerPoint) to manage presentations, analysis, and administrative tasks.
The role will be home-based with requirements to travel across the UK to attend customer events and meetings; therefore, a full UK driving license is required. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site, and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
