What’s the role? The Leyland Facility is where the Chicago Town Pizzas started over 30 years ago. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a drive for continually improving and standardising processes to join our state-of-the-art production facility in Leyland and to work across the PPU sites. This position will play a key role in driving sustainable improvements for the PPU, a group of 5 pizza manufacturing plants across Germany, Poland, Canada, and the UK.
As our Standardization Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in mapping production processes, identifying best practices across factories within the PPU group, and leading the implementation of unified standards. You will manage a portfolio of harmonization projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and production, and serve as the central hub of process knowledge within the PPU group. With regular international site visits and a focus on data-driven decision-making, you’ll ensure consistency, clarity, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing network.
Who are we looking for? We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented leader with a strong background in production processes and project management to drive standardization across our manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will:
- Map and analyse processes across multiple factories to identify differences and implement optimal, unified solutions.
- Lead harmonization projects, ensuring best practices are adopted and maintained across the PPU group.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align on standards and tools.
- Champion process knowledge management, acting as the central hub for standardized practices and data definitions.
- Travel regularly to production sites to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices on the ground.
