YOUR MISSION
As our Packaging Process Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of packaging innovation and process excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to:
- Identify and implement packaging process improvements that deliver measurable results.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives across departments and PPU sites.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure packaging processes are aligned with sustainability goals and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in driving process improvement projects from concept to completion.
- Knowledgeable in packaging technologies, materials, and process development improvements and methodologies.
- Collaborative with a proven ability to build trust and influence across teams, sites and geographies, building strong relationships that will drive us forward.
- A great communicator who’s approachable, engaging, and able to inspire change.
