YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team working across our cake and pizza brands. The Senior Shopper Marketing Manager will lead a team of Shopper Marketing Experts to translate our brand and marketing plans into impactful retailer and channel activations. Continuously learning about shopper behaviour, using data and insights to lead recommendations, this role works closely with retailer media agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead the annual shopper marketing strategy and planning across all customers and channels, developing shopper priorities that integrate seamlessly with brand and customer objectives.
- Negotiate, plan and agree budget allocations with stakeholders and carefully manage ROI.
- Keep up to date with changing shopper behaviour using data and insights.
- Evaluate new media and technologies to reach shoppers.
- Support, coach and develop a team of Shopper Marketing Experts.
- Work with customer retail media agencies to develop effective communication plans, always challenging with the latest shopper insights and behaviour, evaluating a wide range of retail media.
- Drive Dr. Oetker brands performance across .com channel, working closely with e-commerce sales and category leads, ensuring our brands are visible in the online shelf and optimised to drive sales.

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
