YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Front of House Co-Ordinator to join our Office Team. We are seeking a professional and proactive Front of House Co-Ordinator to be the welcoming face of our head office. This is a key role that ensures every visitor, client, and colleague experiences a seamless and positive first impression of the business. You will be responsible for managing reception services, co-ordinating meeting spaces, and supporting internal teams with a range of front-of-house and administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You’ll be interacting with a wide range of people across departments, so your ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally will be essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities: As the central point of co-ordination for reception and meeting spaces, you’ll be managing multiple tasks simultaneously; your ability to stay organised and prioritise effectively will be key.
- Ability to be calm under pressure and solution-oriented: From last-minute meeting changes to urgent visitor requests, unexpected challenges can arise. You’ll need to remain composed, think on your feet, and respond quickly with practical solutions.
- A proactive mindset and attention to detail: You’ll take initiative to keep things running smoothly, spotting potential issues before they arise and ensuring nothing is overlooked.
The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and is based fully on-site 5 days per week. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements. This is a part-time role, contracted to 25 hours per week that need to be worked Monday to Friday. The core hours of between 12noon – 2pm need to be covered every day and we’d be happy to discuss suitable working hours with the successful candidate.
