Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Operations Manager to join our IT Team.
We’re looking for someone who can lead our IT Support Team and work collaboratively with our manufacturing teams, with an IT mindset.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

You will lead the IT support team to deliver an efficient and friendly IT support experience to our colleagues in the UK and Ireland.

Innovation is what drives our efficiency improvements. This role requires an appetite for change and improvement in many different areas.

Collaborate closely with your counterparts in other international pizza factories to implement best practices and share knowledge.

WHAT YOU BRING

You will enjoy troubleshooting and problem solving in collaboration with our production teams to find the best possible solutions. Using your own initiative is highly encouraged and supported. A hands on approach is key to your success.

Your ability to work within a rapidly changing environment is key and so is being able to maintain working to high standards whilst meeting short term goals and making key decisions.

A confident communicator with key internal and external stakeholders, you will have the ability to demonstrate a high level of energy to ensure critical and demanding projects are completed on schedule and with an emphasis on quality.
