Recruitment Consultant - Bahamas & St Anton Ski Trip - No exp required in Edinburgh

We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Edinburgh Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth.DRNewitt enjoyed an incredibly good 2024, 2025 will be even bigger! March 2025 was one of the best months ever! Brilliant time to be joining the group.

Previous recruitment experience is not required, ideally you will be degree qualified & have 6-12 months sales experience working within a B2B environment, but not essential. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales and building relationships.

The role:

Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.

Identify business development opportunities daily.

Build a strong network of candidates and clients.

Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
