Instead, your focus will be on delivering recruitment projects for existing clients and live vacancies. What will you actually be doing? Youll work alongside your manager, taking ownership of the candidate side of recruitment projects. Your day will involve: Headhunting and approaching candidates Speaking to people

Selling opportunities and companies to prospective candidates Building relationships with candidates across the sector Searching LinkedIn, job boards and our internal database Mapping competitor organisations and identifying talent Qualifying candidates and understanding what motivates them Managing interview processes Negotiating salaries and offers Keeping candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process Ultimately, your job is simple: Find great people.
