As our Team Assistant, you’ll be part of the Finance & Strategy team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into the Director of Strategic Portfolio. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

The Team Assistant provides high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business performance. This role ensures seamless coordination of calendars, communications, and projects, acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. It plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting a culture of collaboration and excellence.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing complex executive support activities, including calendar management, inbox coordination, meeting preparation and stakeholder communications to maximise leadership effectiveness and productivity.
  • Coordinating travel, events and logistics, ensuring seamless delivery of business travel, leadership meetings, off‑sites and team events through effective planning and execution.
  • Providing project and operational support, maintaining visibility of key priorities, tracking actions and following up with stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
  • Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring professional, timely and confidential communication.
  • Driving administrative excellence and continuous improvement, overseeing expense management, enhancing ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, organisation and support delivery.
