CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Programme Leadership & Delivery: Own end‑to‑end delivery of Programme Lace Phase 2, defining scope, roadmap and sequencing across planning workstreams while driving pace, ownership and delivery discipline.
- Cross‑Functional Alignment & Operating Model: Orchestrate delivery across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Commercial and Markets; embed planning operating models, routines and decision rights, balancing global consistency with market needs.
- Governance, Risk & Technology Delivery: Establish governance, KPIs and reporting; manage dependencies and risks, while leading rollout and adoption of planning technology and embedding new processes and behaviours.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement: Track outcomes (forecast accuracy, availability, inventory, cycle time), translate data into actionable insight, ensure value realisation, and embed scalable ways of working with continuous improvement.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Experience & Domain Expertise: Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional transformation programmes, ideally within supply chain/planning, with strong understanding of demand, supply and merchandise planning and tech‑enabled delivery.
