As our Senior People Operations Coordinator – UK, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into People Operations Lead – UK & EU. The Senior People Operations Coordinator, UK leads the delivery of accurate, timely and compliant people operations services across the UK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring people processes are executed effectively, employee data is maintained to a high standard and managers and colleagues receive reliable, professional operational support. Working closely with the People Operations Lead – UK & EU, People Partners and HRIS, the role acts as the senior day‑to‑day operational specialist for the UK. It supports strong service delivery, operational discipline and a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Leading UK People Operations delivery, ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality execution of employee lifecycle processes while acting as the senior operational point of contact for UK People Services.
- Monitoring and improving People Services performance, using operational data and insights to track SLAs, identify trends and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and employee experience.
- Maintaining high standards of data accuracy, compliance and governance, ensuring employee records are correct, audits are supported and risks are proactively identified and escalated.
- Providing operational support and coordination across people processes, including manager and employee query resolution, change implementation and alignment with UK legislative requirements.
- Supporting team effectiveness and continuous improvement by guiding People Operations Coordinators, collaborating across HRIS, Payroll and People Partners, and enhancing consistency across People Services delivery.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Strong People Operations experience, with a proven track record of delivering HR administration and employee lifecycle processes, ideally within a UK environment.
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application within operational People processes.
- High attention to detail and process discipline, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance in people data and documentation.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple demands effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear and professional communicator, able to engage effectively with managers, employees and wider People teams.
