As our Senior Manager Supply Chain FP&A, you’ll be part of the Functions FP&A team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Senior Manager Supply Chain FP&A, you will be responsible for:

• Leading supply chain financial planning and performance reporting, managing Opex/Capex budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans, delivering variance analysis, executive reporting, and financial insights that support decision making.
• Driving cost, margin and working capital performance, overseeing standard costing, analysing cost drivers, improving inventory efficiency, reducing aged stock, and supporting gross margin optimisation.
• Providing strategic financial support and risk analysis, evaluating investment cases, modelling scenarios, and assessing the financial impact of supply chain decisions, operational changes, and market uncertainty.
• Strengthening governance, KPI management and continuous improvement, ensuring robust controls and compliance, defining and tracking key supply chain metrics, improving cross‑functional alignment, and driving automation and reporting efficiencies.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong supply chain finance expertise, with deep knowledge of logistics, inventory, working capital, and the ability to translate operational performance into P&L, cash flow, and margin impact.
• Advanced commercial and financial partnering skills, combining modelling, scenario planning, ROI analysis, KPI governance, and data‑driven insight to support strategic decision making across Supply Chain and wider business teams.
• Proven leadership and communication capabilities, able to lead finance teams, influence senior stakeholders, simplify complex data into clear narratives, and drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimisation.
