As our Senior Design Lead, you’ll be part of the creative & editorial team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Brand Design & Identity. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers today and tomorrow.
As Senior Digital Lead Designer, you lead the design direction across our elevated digital experience shaping its future through consumer centric visual and interaction design. You are an exceptional digital designer and digital art director. You prototype ideas, perfect layouts, craft interfaces, and obsess over detail. You are a brand builder able to place our brand platform and consumer at the heart of your thinking. You use your own output to set the standard for what “great” looks like across ecommerce, campaigns, CRM, social and paid media. Alongside this, you take on increasing leadership responsibility—guiding other designers, shaping digital direction, and guiding how the brand shows up digitally at scale, globally. You sit at the heart of the Brand Creative Studio, embedded in the day to day creative process and closely partnered with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM, Editorial and Product teams. You are not a layer removed. You are in the files, in the prototypes, in the work—leading through example and taste.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver world‑class digital craft across all channels (ecommerce, CRM, social, paid, retail digital and partners), with strong attention to detail, responsiveness and polish.
- Lead and shape digital art direction—translating creative vision into clear design intent while actively exploring and elevating executions.
- Design intuitive, user‑centred experiences in partnership with Ecommerce and UX, balancing brand expression with usability and performance.
- Build and evolve scalable digital systems, templates and toolkits that improve quality and enable global consistency.
- Lead by example—mentoring designers, contributing hands‑on, iterating based on performance, and setting a high creative standard through craft and collaboration.
