As our Team Assistant, you’ll be part of the Finance & Strategy team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into the Director of Strategic Portfolio. The Team Assistant provides high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities and business performance. This role ensures seamless coordination of calendars, communications, and projects, acting as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. It plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Managing complex executive support activities, including calendar management, inbox coordination, meeting preparation and stakeholder communications to maximise leadership effectiveness and productivity.
- Coordinating travel, events and logistics, ensuring seamless delivery of business travel, leadership meetings, off‑sites and team events through effective planning and execution.
- Providing project and operational support, maintaining visibility of key priorities, tracking actions and following up with stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
- Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring professional, timely and confidential communication.
- Driving administrative excellence and continuous improvement, overseeing expense management, enhancing ways of working and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, organisation and support delivery.
