As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring it operates efficiently, exceeds sales targets, and reflects our brand values. You’ll lead by example to drive commercial performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities and maximise every sales moment. You’ll also play a vital role in developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and creating a space where both customers and team members feel valued and inspired.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the store team to consistently exceed sales targets through effective coaching, performance management, and commercial insight.
  • Champion the Dr. Martens customer experience by creating a welcoming, inclusive, and service-driven store environment.
  • Take ownership of all store operations including staffing, scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Analyse store performance data to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store, building strong customer relationships and driving loyalty through authentic engagement.
