As our Senior Finance Analyst – UK, Benelux & Nordics , you’ll be part of the Finance teamworking closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Finance Business Partner – UK & Ireland. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

As Finance Analyst for UK, Benelux & Nordics, you will support the regional commercial finance team by providing financial analysis, forecasting and performance reporting across retail, digital and wholesale channels. Working with Finance Business Partners, regional leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help deliver insights that support profitable growth, margin improvement, and effective cost and inventory management across the region.

You will contribute to the translation of strategic priorities into financial plans, assist in identifying risks and opportunities, and support decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. This role offers broad exposure across multiple areas of commercial finance while developing strong business partnering and analytical skills.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Senior Finance Analyst – Benelux & Nordics , you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting for the Benelux & Nordics region, covering revenue, gross margin, operating costs and profitability across channels.
  • Assisting with forecasting, budgeting and rolling outlook processes, ensuring plans are aligned with Group guidance and regional commercial priorities.
  • Analysing trading performance, margin, pricing, promotions, channel mix and operating costs to help identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
  • Working collaboratively with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to support inventory and working capital management, as well as developing financial analysis for business initiatives and investments.
  • Supporting Finance Business Partners and regional leadership teams by providing accurate data, insightful analysis and continuous improvements to financial planning and reporting processes.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Experience in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting and variance analysis, ideally within a multi-channel or consumer-focused environment.
  • A broad commercial understanding of retail, digital and wholesale operations, with an interest in developing knowledge across different areas of the business.
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data, drawing out clear and actionable insights for a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with large data sets and financial systems, with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational, communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach and confidence to contribute ideas, ask questions and challenge constructively where appropriate.
