As our Market Reward Partner – UK, Benelux & Nordics, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Global Head of Reward. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers – today and tomorrow.

The Market Reward Partner – UK, Benelux & Nordics is responsible for delivering reward programmes and advice across assigned markets, ensuring reward solutions are competitive, compliant and aligned to global frameworks. This role acts as the primary reward partner to local leaders and People teams, translating global reward strategy into effective local reward delivery. Working closely with the Global Head of Reward, People Partners, Finance and Payroll, the role supports pay, bonus and benefits activity across the employee lifecycle. It plays a critical role in maintaining market competitiveness, managing reward risk and enabling confident, data‑led reward decisions.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Partnering with People Partners and business leaders across the UK, Benelux and Nordics, providing expert guidance on pay, bonus and benefits matters while supporting informed reward decisions aligned to global principles.
  • Delivering market reward programmes, including pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus and incentive processes, and benefits management, ensuring competitiveness, internal equity and accurate execution.
  • Maintaining strong reward governance, compliance and data integrity, ensuring reward activities comply with local regulations, policies and controls, while proactively identifying and managing risks.
  • Providing reward reporting, analysis and market insight, leveraging data to identify trends, support decision‑making and inform the ongoing development of reward practices across the region.
  • Driving collaboration and continuous improvement, working closely with People Partners, Payroll, Finance and HRIS teams to enhance reward processes, support organisational change and ensure a consistent employee experience.

KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

  • Strong reward expertise, with experience delivering pay, bonus and benefits programmes and applying reward principles to support effective business decision‑making.
  • Good understanding of reward practices, labour markets and relevant legislation across the UK, Benelux and/or Nordic regions, with the ability to balance market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Strong analytical capability, able to interpret market data, conduct pay analysis and translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and systems proficiency, ensuring accuracy in reward data, reporting and the use of HRIS and reward tools.
  • Strong stakeholder partnering and communication skills, with the confidence to advise People Partners and leaders while explaining complex reward matters in a clear and practical way.
