As our Market Interaction Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Global Marketplace & GTM working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Market Interaction. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
The Market Interaction Coordinator is the central connector between Global Brand, Product, Merchandising, Marketplace and the Regional/Market teams. You ensure the smooth, timely and accurate flow of information across the global‑local model, enabling markets to understand and execute global direction while providing the business with clear, structured feedback from consumers, partners and channels. You coordinate inputs, outputs and communication throughout seasonal GTM cycles, ensuring that markets have clarity on stories, assortments, pricing guardrails, channel intent and execution standards. In parallel, you help surface market signals, performance insights, consumer behaviours and execution issues so Global teams can make better‑quality decisions on product, brand storytelling, marketplace priorities and commercial interventions. You play a critical role in ensuring consistency, alignment and operational discipline across the global marketplace, helping deliver consumer‑right execution in every geography.
Core accountabilities
- Global‑Local Alignment: Coordinate and cascade global brand, product, merchandising and marketplace direction to markets across all GTM stages via clear, up‑to‑date information hubs.
- Market Feedback & Insights: Capture, structure and synthesise market feedback to inform product creation, merchandising decisions and seasonal priorities.
- GTM Process Coordination: Support GTM calendars, milestones and governance, ensuring market readiness, clarity on deliverables and consistent execution across regions.
- Marketplace & Channel Support: Distribute channel playbooks, pricing guardrails and execution standards, tracking market readiness and escalating risks where needed.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between Global and Market teams, maintaining clear documentation, follow‑ups and end‑to‑end alignment.
