We are looking for an engaging and responsible Keyholder to lead our diverse shopfloor team at our Ashford Outlet store. Our Keyholders do everything our Sales Assistants do, delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience, acting as a role model to the team, whilst also providing operational support to the management team helping us to speak authentically to our consumers. We strive to develop a business where our people can thrive and feel empowered to express themselves.
