THE GIG
Investor Relations and Corporate Communications are responsible for all external communications and Investor Relations stakeholder engagement. This critical team bridges our company with the investment community, analysts, media, and key corporate audiences, ensuring transparency, consistency, and holistic brand storytelling.
Reporting to the Manager of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications, this role will provide essential administrative, logistical and organisational support across the function.
As our Investor Relations and Corporate Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Working with an Investor Relations CRM system, you will take the lead on ensuring briefing notes are created before investor interactions, and meeting notes recorded afterwards as well as feedback requests sent after each investor meeting.
- Maintaining the corporate website, ensuring it reflects the most accurate information.
- Assisting in the planning and logistics for key events, such as financial results presentations, capital markets events, investor meetings, roadshows, and media briefings.
- Supporting with investor targeting, working on an appropriate plan of meetings and roadshows.
- Maintaining up-to-date mailing lists, analyst/investor databases, and media contacts.
- Assisting in project management of the Annual Report.
- Providing support, proofreading and formatting for key documents (e.g. presentations, press releases, question and answer documents).
- Supporting the production of the monthly Investor Relations board report.
