As our Global Head of Internal Comms, you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience - whether you’re enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe. You’ll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES- Strategic Internal Communications & CEO Positioning: Lead the global internal communications strategy, shaping the CEO and company narrative, driving engagement, and translating complex strategy and change into clear, compelling messaging.
- Function Leadership & Governance: Lead and develop a high-performing internal communications team, setting global standards, governance, and best practices while enabling local and functional tailoring.
- Content, Channels & Alignment: Oversee creation of high-quality, brand-aligned content and continuously evolve channels to maximise reach and impact, ensuring alignment with external communications and brand voice.
- Crisis, Insight & Continuous Improvement: Lead crisis and sensitive communications, leveraging data and insights to optimise engagement, refine messaging, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strategic Leadership & Communication Expertise: Strong experience in global internal communications, translating business strategy into compelling narratives, with exceptional storytelling and senior stakeholder advisory skills.
- People Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, build trusted relationships, and influence stakeholders across complex, matrixed organisations.
- Digital & Data-Driven Capability: Skilled in leveraging AI, automation, and data insights to enhance communication effectiveness, audience targeting, and continuous improvement.
