We are looking for a fearless, commercially aware Deputy Store Manager to help lead and inspire the team at our Neal Street store.

As Deputy Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Store Manager, taking a proactive leadership role in driving commercial success, operational excellence, and team development. You’ll lead from the front, embedding a coaching culture, and ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional and unforgettable experience. You’ll also play a key role in executing long‑term strategic objectives and ensuring the continuous growth of Dr. Martens.

Deputy Store Manager – London; Neal Street

  • Own and lead all stock and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with both commercial and experiential goals.
  • Create and maintain an organised, high‑functioning back‑of‑house environment, optimised for speed, safety, and seamless replenishment.
  • Upskill and empower the entire store team on stock handling, operational best practices, and loss prevention, embedding a culture of shared ownership and accountability.
  • Act as a keyholder and trusted leader, confidently stepping into full store leadership when required and supporting the management team.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with store leadership and marketing to ensure stock supports activations, product storytelling, and customer experience.
