Nous recherchons des étudiant·e·s pour un stage de vente conventionné (35h par semaine) sur la période de Septembre 2025 à Janvier 2026 dans notre magasin de Tours.

Responsibilities

  • Délivrer un service client d’exception, assurant à chaque visiteur une expérience inoubliable
  • Présenter et vendre les produits Dr Martens présents sur le point de vente
  • Atteindre les objectifs individuels et collectifs, contribuer à la performance du magasin
  • Effectuer les tâches opérationnelles tout en respectant les procédures de la société : caisse, livraisons, inventaires, réassortiment…
  • Appliquer les procédures de sécurité et de maintenance afin d’assurer le maintien d’un environnement de travail sûr et sécurisé

Qualifications

  • Avoir un bon contact client et être passionné·e par la marque et la vente dans l’univers de la mode/lifestyle
  • Avoir un bon niveau d’anglais pour être capable de converser avec notre clientèle étrangère pendant cette saison estivale
  • Avoir une très bonne communication et être capable de créer une bonne relation avec une grande diversité de clients
  • Aimer travailler en équipe
  • Etre disponible pendant toute la période estivale
  • Etre authentique
