THE GIG
As part of the Branch Merchandising team you will be primarily responsible for creating and uploading manual allocations and Item coverage to support trade in our Retail stores across EMEA.

  • Updating and analysing daily and weekly Trade reports, checking data is accurate and highlighting any anomalies.
  • Generating Reports for sales and stock to determine which allocations need to be created.
  • Manage minimums/item coverage across all products.
  • Competent within the system, providing relevant information where needed.
  • Overseeing the Merch Portal, ensuring tickets are completed in a timely manner and actioning on behalf of ABM’s when required.
  • Ensuring all new product allocations are actioned accurately and efficiently.
  • Producing ad hoc analysis as requested and supporting the team with any queries.
  • Assisting ABM’s with new store openings- providing analysis and support where needed.
  • Maintaining strong communication with all stores and being a key point of contact.

  • Experience within a Merchandising function or similar role is desired.
  • Numerical skills- this role requires a good level of Mathematical competency with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Commercially minded, proficient in reading, interpreting and analysing numerical data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and take initiative and drive self-motivation.
  • Competent with Excel & Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
  • Enthusiastic and self- confident.
