Overview
Dr. Martens is a globally recognisable and culturally influential British brand with over 60 years of heritage. This role focuses on reporting, analytics, and buffer/item coverage to support sales across our channels. The position is hybrid, with three days in the London office.
Responsibilities
- You will be fully trained on D365, Power BI & Dr Martens Analytics to access the information you need.
- Generate reports for sales and stock to decide which buffers need to be created.
- Generate reports on all C&C and present trend analysis to the Senior Branch Merchandiser.
- Generate reports on Ecom return to store and present trend analysis to the Senior Branch Merchandiser.
- Manage minimums/item coverage across all new and carryover lines, updating on a weekly basis to support sales.
- Manage all communication with stores on their buffers.
- Work closely with ABMs and the logistics team to identify capacity issues created by C&C or Ecom return to store.
- Ability to complete repetitive tasks with professionalism.
- Numeracy and analytical skills; commercially minded, proficient in reading, interpreting, and analysing numerical data.
- Clear, effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
- Well organised with good attention to detail.
- Excel knowledge is beneficial.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities.
- Experience with data reporting platforms (e.g., D365, Power BI) is desirable.
