Dr. Martens is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Made In England factory. You will support planned and reactive maintenance, carry out basic repairs, inspections, and housekeeping to keep production flowing safely and efficiently.
Working closely with the MIE team, you will follow health, safety and environmental procedures, identify issues, and help minimising downtime while maintaining high workplace standards in a busy manufacturing environment.
