Job Overview Join to apply for the Stockroom Manager (39hr) – Carnaby St role at Dr. Martens plc . We are looking for a Stockroom Manager to join our Carnaby Street team for 39 hours per week. Responsibilities Maintain impeccable stock room standards, ensuring product can be easily and promptly located. Conduct regular line checks, faulty checks, and assist with stock takes to support loss prevention. Process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a correct stock file using the inventory system provided. Lead, inspire and develop a small stockroom team, ensuring wider store team are trained and compliant in all areas of stockroom management. Take the lead in hiring new stockroom employees, providing them in‑role training and conducting their probation reviews. Assist on the shop floor when required; provide an excellent customer experience, demonstrate a natural approach to sales, act as a role model and brand ambassador, and ensure store targets are consistently met or exceeded.
