As our Senior Treasury Analyst, you’ll be part of the Group Treasury team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Group Treasurer. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
You will safeguard and optimise Dr. Martens’ daily liquidity, banking operations and treasury controls so the business can invest confidently in growth. By delivering accurate cash positioning, strong controls and efficient banking processes, you support enterprise priorities including operational efficiency, digital/data excellence and organisational alignment.
Core Accountabilities:
- Managing Group cash, liquidity and banking operations, including daily cash reporting, weekly liquidity insight, global bank account administration and payment execution.
- Overseeing treasury controls and governance, maintaining bank mandates, confirming FX/investment activity and supporting counterparty risk, KYC and AML processes.
- Delivering short‑term cash flow forecasting and support financial control activities, including reconciliations and alignment to finance KPI frameworks.
- Supporting retail and corporate treasury services, including cash collection processes, corporate cards, guarantees and performance bonds.
- Driving service excellence and continuous improvement, managing treasury queries, supporting projects and enhancing standardisation, automation and controls.
Key Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong treasury and cash management expertise, including global banking platforms, account administration and core concepts such as liquidity, FX and counterparty risk.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, able to reconcile complex data and work effectively with finance systems (e.g. D365, TMS or forecasting tools).
- Solid understanding of treasury governance, including AML, KYC and financial controls within a global finance environment.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to operate under pressure and prioritise while maintaining accuracy.
- Continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency, standardisation and data‑led decision making across treasury operations.
