We are looking for an engaging and responsible Keyholder to lead our diverse shopfloor team at our Milton Keynes store.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility of opening & closing the store when necessary, following all relevant procedures.
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets whilst contributing to the wider performance of the store: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV.
- Lead on delivery procedures when necessary, processing all stock in line with company expectations.
- Assist the store management team with day to day retail operations and health & safety procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment, floor management and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
- Drive high standards of customer service within the store, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, unforgettable experience.
- Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures and assist with more complex enquiries from customers.

- Experience working in retail with a similar responsibility with a fashion/lifestyle brand is a bonus.

- Fluency in English at a business level. Additional languages would be great.
- Good IT skills – confident to use Microsoft Office and POS systems.
