39 hours per week. We are on the lookout for a Stockroom Manager to join our Oxford Circus team for 39 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable stock room standards, contributing to the wider performance of the store by ensuring product can be easily and promptly located.
- Play a key role in loss prevention: conduct regular line checks, faulty checks and assist with stock takes.
- Process deliveries in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining a correct stock file using the inventory system provided.
- Lead, inspire and develop a stockroom team, ensuring the wider store team are also trained and compliant in all areas of stockroom management.
- Take the lead in hiring new stockroom employees, providing them in-role training and conducting their probation reviews.
- Assist on the shop floor when required; provide an excellent customer experience, demonstrate a natural approach to sales, act as a role model and brand ambassador, and ensure store targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Adhere to all H&S guidelines to maintain a healthy, safe and tidy work environment.
- Play an active part in cultivating a great working environment within your store, working closely with your team.
