As our Brand Toolkit Manager, you’ll be part of the Consumer & Brand team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Senior Manager – Creative Services. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
The Brand Toolkit Manager is a critical force behind how the Dr. Martens brand shows up across our DTC, paid media and trade ecosystems. This role works closely with the brand design team (creative & editorial) to ensure creative direction and brand design direction are translated into detailed channel guidance and tools. Sitting at the intersection of craft and operational excellence, the Brand Toolkit Manager enables teams globally to move faster without ever diluting the brand. You build clarity where complexity exists, structure where scale demands it, and creative confidence for every team using our assets.
Core Accountabilities:
- Owning and evolving the global campaign and commercial toolkit ecosystem, creating scalable design systems, execution frameworks and asset guidance that enable consistent, premium brand execution across all markets and channels.
- Translating creative vision into practical execution, partnering with Creative, Brand Design and Production to develop commercially focused toolkits that define messaging, layouts, localisation principles and channel‑specific application.
- Protecting brand consistency while enabling local flexibility, establishing governance, design guardrails and execution standards that maintain brand integrity while empowering markets to adapt campaigns appropriately.
- Driving operational excellence and go-to-market readiness, improving creative workflows, reducing executional complexity and leveraging creative technology to accelerate activation without compromising quality or creative intent.
- Partnering cross‑functionally to connect creative ambition with commercial delivery, ensuring global toolkits support real‑world execution across eCommerce, retail, digital, CRM, wholesale and partner channels while continuously identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness.
