As our Brand Elevation Coordinator, you’ll be part of the Global Marketplace & GTM working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Brand Elevation Strategy. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
The Brand Elevation Coordinator supports the delivery of Dr. Martens’ elevated marketplace strategy across premium DTC and wholesale environments. Working closely with the Head of Brand Elevation Strategy, you play a critical role in coordinating the elevated pipeline, spanning collaborations, Made in England, limited capsules and premium marketplace moments. You help ensure elevated initiatives are well‑organised, aligned to global priorities, and executed with consistency and pace across markets. This role is key to enabling the successful delivery of elevated moments, ensuring cross‑functional alignment, strong operational discipline, and clear communication between teams.
Core Accountabilities
- Elevated Pipeline Coordination: Track and coordinate the global elevated pipeline, maintaining visibility of initiatives, timelines, risks and alignment to brand and GTM calendars.
- Cross‑Functional Alignment: Act as the central coordination point across Product, Merchandising, Brand, Channels, Market Interaction and GTM Ops to ensure clarity on deliverables and milestones.
- Commercial & Distribution Support: Support execution and tracking of pricing, allocation and distribution decisions, ensuring compliance with elevation guardrails and documentation standards.
- Brand Moments & Activation: Coordinate planning and readiness for elevated brand moments, launches and collaborations, supporting execution, performance tracking and post‑launch feedback.
- Reporting & Operational Excellence: Consolidate insights, metrics and learnings, support governance and approvals, and drive disciplined, consistent ways of working across elevated initiatives.
