As part of this, we launched a café space, Doctors Orders, that reflects the same spirit as our boots: bold, crafted, and full of character. We’re looking for Baristas who bring energy, personality, and pride to every cup.

Responsibilities:

• Serve high-quality coffee using premium beans and equipment, with care and consistency.
• Support light food prep and service, maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive café environment that reflects the spirit of Dr. Martens.
• Flex between café and retail space when needed, supporting activations and customer experience.
• Bring energy and storytelling to every interaction — whether it’s about coffee or culture.
