This role collaborates across Product Development, Design, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Marketplace & GTM, Planning and regional teams to ensure the Bags assortment delivers against strategic KPIs such as SKU productivity, margin mix, lifecycle velocity, segmentation accuracy, demand conversion and on time adoption.

As our Associate PLM (Bags), you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting development of the global Bags assortment across icons, franchises and seasonal newness, assisting with briefs, documentation and seasonal line reviews aligned to category strategy.
  • Managing product lifecycle and portfolio health, maintaining accurate PLM data, tracking SKU performance and identifying risks, gaps or duplication.
  • Analysing consumer insights, market trends and performance data to inform seasonal decisions, range shaping and long-range planning.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Development, Merchandising, Brand and regional teams to align product creation, pricing, storytelling and go-to-market execution.
  • Driving operational excellence across seasonal processes, critical path tracking and PLM governance, supporting efficient workflows and continuous process improvement.

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, seasonal briefing and cost/margin dynamics across footwear and bags categories.
  • Consumer and insight-driven mindset, able to translate trends, market signals and consumer needs into actionable product direction.
  • Proactive cross-functional collaborator with strong communication skills, partnering effectively across Design, Development, Merchandising, Planning and Brand teams.
  • Commercially and analytically minded, using performance data, pricing architecture and SKU metrics to support portfolio health and recommendations.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with strong attention to detail, structured delivery discipline and a growth mindset in fast-paced environments.
