WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

As Integrated Channel Manager – Affiliates & Partnerships, you are responsible for designing and delivering a partnership‑led acquisition strategy that balances brand integrity with commercial performance.

You define where partnerships play a role in the acquisition funnel, how they support growth priorities, and how they work alongside Paid, Organic and other Integrated Channels.

On a day‑to‑day basis, you shape the global approach to affiliates and partnerships, deciding which partner types, platforms and models best support Dr.

Martens’ growth ambitions.

You manage performance, governance and optimisation across a diverse partner landscape, ensuring partnerships deliver incremental value rather than duplicating or eroding other channels.

You ensure campaigns are planned, activated and optimised in alignment with audience strategy, commercial priorities and trading plans.

You bring structure, clarity and discipline to a channel that often spans marketing, commercial and brand considerations, using clear frameworks, performance insight and strong stakeholder alignment to scale what works and challenge what does not.

  • Ensure correct application if audience targeting within campaign and support experimentation and continuous deployment of campaigns.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Content teams to ensure partnerships align with brand positioning, storytelling and experience standards.
  • Enable and support local markets to activate affiliates and partnerships within global frameworks, allowing for local relevance while maintaining consistency.
  • Design and lead test‑and‑learn activity across new partner models, publishers, platforms and formats.
  • Manage relationships with affiliate networks, technology platforms and key partners, driving transparency and continuous improvement.
