As our Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Experience, youâll be part of the Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Experience team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Chief People Officer. Youâll be right at the heart of fastâmoving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers â today and tomorrow.
The Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Employee Experience sets the vision, strategy and execution for a unified DEI and Employee Experience (EX) agenda that is embedded into culture, leadership, people practices, ways of working and everyday behaviours across all markets. The role champions an inclusive, highâperformance environment where every employee feels they belong, can be themselves and can thrive. It strengthens organisational health and directly enables consumerâfirst execution by improving engagement, capability and cultural consistency across markets and channels.
You will partner with the People Team, the Global Leadership Team and market GMs to design global frameworks for inclusion, engagement, leadership behaviours and âmomentsâthatâmatterâ experience design, ensuring global standards with local flexibility. You are accountable for improving key people metrics including Employee Engagement, Employee Representation (D&I), Gender Pay Ratio, Employee Training Participation, Internal Promotions and Employee Turnover.
Core accountabilities:- Define and lead the global DEI and Employee Experience strategy, establishing governance, multiâyear priorities and clear accountability across leaders, functions and markets while enabling local adaptation.
- Design and enhance the endâtoâend employee journey from attraction to exit, embedding inclusive principles and leadership behaviours that reflect a consumerâfirst experience.
- Integrate DEI across core People practices including hiring, succession, leadership development, performance, reward, mobility and career pathways, establishing consistent global inclusion standards.
- Lead employee listening, insights and analytics (surveys, pulse checks and lifecycle feedback), translating data into targeted actions that improve engagement, representation and organisational performance.
- Partner with global and market leaders to build inclusive leadership capability, manage external partnerships and ensure DEI governance, regulatory compliance and measurable progress against key people metrics.
- Proven enterprise leader with the ability to define and execute global DEI and Employee Experience strategies in complex, multiâmarket environments, connecting culture and talent to organisational performance.
- Deep expertise in employee experience design and inclusive practices, with strong knowledge of DEI best practice, systemic inclusion and global regulatory landscapes.
- Highly analytical with strong data fluency, translating insights into compelling narratives that influence senior leaders and drive measurable action.
- Experienced in leading enterpriseâwide change, learning and cultural transformation programmes within global matrix organisations.
- Trusted and influential stakeholder partner who builds alignment across markets and functions, operating with integrity, agility and empathy while balancing strategic thinking with handsâon delivery.
