As our Change Manager – Strategic Portfolio, you’ll be part of the Strategy team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Director of Strategic Portfolio. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
The Strategic Portfolio – Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring our most important strategic initiatives land effectively across the business. This role is responsible for shaping, planning and delivering clear, joined‑up change and communications approaches across a complex, multi‑year portfolio of transformation. Working closely with programme and project leads, functional teams and senior sponsors, the role ensures that people, process and ways‑of‑working impacts are understood, planned for and addressed — and that stakeholders at all levels have the clarity, context and confidence they need as change is delivered. This includes translating strategy and delivery plans into coherent change journeys, aligning messaging across initiatives, and supporting leaders to role‑model and embed change.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who can operate across strategy and execution: comfortable working with ambiguity, able to cut through complexity, and focused on practical adoption and measurable outcomes rather than activity for activity’s sake.
