To be our Assistant Supply & Demand Planner youโll have a desire to learn about all elements of our supply chain, working within a supply and demand planning function where on-time supply availability is critical to business success. You will have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills and work with a team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the planning process. Strong analytical capability with numbers and data, and youโll be a strong team player who enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders.
The gig
Key responsibilities include:
- Demand and Supply Planning
- Support regional PO execution and release, ensuring alignment by channel and location down to a size level.
- Support planners in maintenance of demand and supply parameters in the Supply and Demand Planning System (Blue Yonder).
- Assist planners with monitoring changes to demand plan at each cycle and address gaps/risks.
- Ensure an accurate stock position (on hand and intake) in D365 and in Blue Yonder.
- Monitor bulk PO delivery schedule, identify risks of overstock or stockouts, and propose solutions to mitigate disruptions and optimise inventory across D2C and B2B.
- Manage reporting tools to monitor availability and KPI visibility.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Support planners in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Work with Operations, Commercial, and Product teams to stay aligned on demand forecast changes and business priorities.
- Travel may be required across sites.

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel; interest in BI, forecasting and planning systems
- Ability to work to deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Comfort with various IT tools and presenting information accessibly
- Excellent communication in English, written and spoken
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team
