Dr Logic is a London-based Apple-focused MSP delivering managed IT services for small and medium businesses. As an L1 IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of support, resolving everyday IT issues remotely and on-site, triaging cases, and managing the dispatch and backlog to meet SLAs.
This role involves regular on-site visits across our London client base, with reporting to the MSP Operations Manager and a focus on clear communication and accurate documentation.
