Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Loughton for an Experienced Aesthetic Therapist. The role involves delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, conducting consultations, and recommending personalized treatment plans based on client needs. The therapist will also ensure adherence to the highest safety and care standards, maintain an exceptional client experience, and stay updated on innovative treatment techniques and products.
Qualifications
- Expertise in providing advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as laser treatments, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation.
- Strong knowledge of skin analysis and assessment techniques to develop customized treatment plans.
- Excellent client care and ability to provide a professional and welcoming environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Highly skilled in attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
- NVQ Level 3 or higher in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification is essential.
- Previous experience in a luxury clinic or spa setting is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and satisfaction.
- Willingness to stay informed about industry trends and attend ongoing training sessions.
