You will work closely with the clinical and management teams to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
- Managing appointments, diaries and clinic schedules.
- Responding to patient enquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Preparing treatment rooms before and after appointments.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies and monitoring inventory.
- Preparing weekly operational and stock reports for the management team.
- Assisting with invoicing, payments and general administrative tasks.
- Coordinating deliveries, suppliers and clinic equipment maintenance.
- Supporting the organisation of clinic events, marketing activities and business projects.
- Assisting the clinical team during busy clinics where required.
- Ensuring the clinic is clean, organised and operating efficiently at all times.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and support the continued growth of the business.
- Undertaking any additional duties required to support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinic.
