Do you have a financial qualification and experience of operating at a senior level within a finance department? Can you prepare financial plans covering all aspects of service provisions which will contribute to short and medium term strategy? Can you develop and monitor budgets and do you have experience of business planning and costing? Do you have excellent IT skills including Sage, Word and Excel? Are you enthusiastic and self-motivated and enjoy working within and managing a small team?

Our plans for the next 3 years to meet our strategic objectives include further growth following the construction of a new In-Patient Unit, and we are looking to drive continuous improvement in accounting practices to ensure the smooth running of the finance department whilst continuing to serve our community. To achieve all this, we need enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active people who are focused, with an attention to detail and who share our values.

This is a permanent role.

Closing Date: 8th March 2026

Salary: £38,682 to £47,810 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
