We are seeking a refined, highly skilled Level 3/4 Aesthetician with a deep understanding of skin health, anti-aging modalities, and client service excellence. The successful candidate will embody discretion, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to delivering results-driven, luxury skincare experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-performance, evidence-based aesthetic treatments including:
- Advanced facials (Hydrafacial, oxygen infusion, radiofrequency lifting)
- Microneedling (manual and mechanical)
- Chemical peels (medical-grade)
- LED light therapy, lymphatic drainage, and sculpting techniques
- Laser/IPL treatments (if certified)
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 strongly preferred) or international equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury clinic, medispa, or wellness center working with advanced treatments and high-profile clientele.
Expertise in: Skin analysis, anti-aging treatments, advanced facials, client education, and skin prescription.
Presentation: Impeccable personal appearance and polished demeanor aligned with a luxury brand.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
Technology-Savvy: Confident in using clinic software, digital client records, and diagnostic tools.
Desirable: Certification in laser/IPL, radiofrequency, body sculpting, or lymphatic drainage. Familiarity with high-end skincare lines. Understanding of longevity and biohacking principles (e.g., red light therapy, cryotherapy, etc). Additional language(s) a plus for international clientele.
