Enforce technical and quality specifications (ISO 9000 / ISO 13485) while monitoring measuring and reducing product loss and wastage. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies by conducting safety inspections and risk assessments. Supervise value streams and provide shift cover as needed. Conduct accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with Company rules. Handle Time and Attendance including clocking exceptions holiday allocation and overtime authorization. Conduct performance conduct and absence meetings with employees to ensure effective management of value stream absence. Handle resources in conjunction with the Human Resource department ensuring cost-effective shift operations within Budget/Plans.
