About the roleWe are currently seeking a Community operation specialist to utilise their knowledge of the automotive industry to join their team. Working with BYD presents the chance to offer new and existing clients significant and advanced benefits. You will be building client relationships as you identify project opportunities within the new and fast-growing sector. Main Tasks and responsibilities:1. Develop and enforce community guidelines to regulate user behavior and content publishing;2. Plan and execute daily weekly and monthly operation strategies such as topic discussions user check-ins and knowledge sharing;3. Respond to user inquiries guide discussions and maintain a positive community atmosphere to boost engagement;4. Create high-quality community content (e.g. articles visuals videos event copy) based on product brand and user needs;5. Participate in planning community sections content calendars and trending topic engagement;6. Assist in designing exclusive community activities such as UGC campaigns quizzes and leaderboards;7. Identify and engage highly active users KOCs and core fans build strong relationships and encourage content contributions;8. Track and analyze key community metrics (e.g. new members engagement rate retention rate conversion rate);9. Monitor user feedback and public sentiment address issues promptly and provide early warnings for potential crises.10. In charge of community lead managementIdeal candidate profile:Minimum 3 years experience;Bachelors degree and above preferred;Good understanding about electric vehicles and/or buses required;Good command of English is essential both written and verbal;Proactive approach and result-oriented;Good team player;Computer knowledge and efficiency including MS Office;Prove your right-to-work in the U.K is essential.
