DescriptionJoin our Tri-Party & Margin Services Tax Client Service team as an Analyst where youll have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients and internal this role youll support multiple clients with their Tax Services ensuring proactive resolution of inquiries and contributing to service enhancements.Job Summary:As an Tri-Party & Margin Services Tax Client Service Analyst within Tax Client Service team you will support multiple clients in relation to their Tax Services. Collaborate closely with the Tax Client Service team and the Global Tax Operations team serving as the primary contact for tax inquiries. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships contributing to service reviews analyzing root causes of recurring issues and providing guidance on tax documentation and regulatory reporting.Job Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for tax inquiries to support clients tax servicing needs.Take proactive responsibility for resolving client inquiries within established standards.Manage client relationships proactively to ensure satisfaction and service quality.Execute forward-thinking strategies to maintain response quality and prevent case reopening.Contribute to the tax component of service reviews and client meetings.Analyze root causes of recurring issues and assist in developing service enhancement programs.Provide support and guidance on tax documentation relief at source reclaims and regulatory reporting.Collaborate closely with the Sub Custodian network and the internal Network Management Group.Continually review operational tax processes to identify enhancement areas.Identify and escalate tax risks and participate in resolution.Assist in client tax account reviews and ad-hoc projects across the wider Tax Operations team.Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:In-depth operational tax experience within financial services specifically in global custody or investment banking.Proven experience in successful internal and external communication and problem-solving.Demonstrated risk awareness and operational control experience within financial services.Experience in process improvement articulating ideas and procedural changes to clients.Strong client focus and ability to manage relationships effectively.Proven experience in environments where accuracy is critical within strict deadlines.Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:Association of Taxation Technicians qualification.Investment Operations Certificate or other industry-related benchmark qualification.Experience in Collateral products.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Customer Service,Client Expectations,Client Requirements,Client Support,Action Plans,Issue Resolution,Account Management,Client Relationships,Service Delivery,Client Service,Client Satisfaction,Client Management,Procedures,Service Level Agreements,New Clients Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
