A Middle Office role in the Investment Bank providing first-line support for a variety of businesses across a range of Trading desks such as Interest Rate Options Inflation and Exotics & Hybrids. Our Operations employees act as a key point of contact for a variety of downstream groups and control functions. The role involves working with our vanilla and complex derivative products from a risk PnL and trade management perspective across all asset classes.As a Transaction Processing Analyst within Trading Services Team youll be responsible for managing daily core reconciliation regulatory reporting and remediation tasks while leading process improvement.Job responsibilitiesAct as the primary control over the accurate capture of the business transactions in the Risk Management System.Ensure compliance with Regulatory standards such as Dodd Frank Reporting EMIR & MMSR.Liaise with Marketing support downstream settlements collateral finance and other Back Office control groups.Enhance reporting quality to present and facilitate high-quality analysis enabling solid conclusions around key drivers.Update and publish weekly metrics for Management consumption including trend analysis and impact of deliveries over time.Monitor Middle Office trade lifecycle event processing to understand key manual touch-points themes and display the impact via suitable MIS.Identify problem areas and build relationships across the business to create working groups and initiate change discussions.Analyze and identify inconsistencies in Control processes process flows and business functions.Develop strategies for consistency and effective progress tracking.Required qualifications capabilities and skillsProduct knowledge Understanding of vanilla and complex derivative products.Understanding of risk types Market operational settlement credit legal and reputational.Systems skills Understanding of risk management and reporting systems straight through processing Excel.Problem solving Developing and implementing solutions to often complex Understanding and implementing the control framework to mitigate risk through the transaction lifecycle.Projects - Assisting in the delivery of tactical and strategic solutions.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Editorial,Account Development,Cardiac Surgery,HR,ACCA Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
