OCU Digital has an exciting new opportunity open for a Test & Documentation Analyst to come and join us based in Preston. You will work alongside both the OCU Digital Implementation and Development teams supporting the continuous improvement and successful adoption of our internal digital platform OCU One. This is a great opportunity for an Analyst to do hands-on user acceptance testing (UAT) and feature validation planning and executing UAT logging defects and ensuring new features meet the needs of internal users before release.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the analytical process of testing and the communicative craft of technical writing. You will work closely with product and technical colleagues to understand how new functionality works and then translate that into usable content and structured documentation that helps frontline teams back-office users and support staff get the most from OCU One.The successful candidate will work on β Testing and validation planning and executing UAT logging defects and ensuring new features meet the needs of internal users before release. Documentation and enablement writing user guides internal release notes process documentation and building a centralised knowledge base to support platform understanding and adoption across the business.This role would suit someone with experience in UAT QA product documentation or platform support who can demonstrate strong writing skills technical curiosity and an ability to structure information clearly you will thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning.
