DescriptionAbout the Role:Were looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning Lead to drive the development and integration of workforce planning across Cornwall Council. This high-impact role is a key part of our ambition to build a future-ready workforce ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time with the right skills.Working closely with HR Business Partners Finance Business Planning and People Analytics colleagues youll turn workforce data into insight and insight into action.
