This approach of collaborative care will allow you to develop your skills across all types of physiotherapy resulting in excellence in clinical knowledge and practice. You will be supported and guided by an integrated therapy team as well as work with the wider MDT including doctors nurses discharge planners and many more.Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust will support you to develop your clinical and leadership skills and with the growing partnership with Portsmouth University you will have opportunities to become involved in research.Although this is a static role you will gain experience with a wide range of patients across multiple specialties. You will be a part of the Medical Therapy Team a large friendly and hardworking group who fully support the development of their staff. The post holder is expected to be part of the weekend rota and the respiratory on-call rota.
